Earrings are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons. However, please contact us at byjessicacontact@gmail.com and we will try our best to help you. If you wish to exchange an unworn item for a cheaper item, we are unable to refund the excess. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging in order to be accepted for exchange. If deemed unacceptable or in imperfect condition, the product will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
