RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
We offer exchanges for up to 20 days from date of purchase -
Please contact us if you require any assistance with returning items bought from ByJessica. We wish for all customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Earrings are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons. However, please contact us at and we will try our best to help you. If you wish to exchange an unworn item for a cheaper item, we are unable to refund the excess. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging in order to be accepted for exchange. If deemed unacceptable or in imperfect condition, the product will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
Exceptions to our Returns policy
Our change of mind policy does not apply to the following merchandise:
Earrings - Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are unable to be returned for change of mind.
Personalisation - Personalised/engraved items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange for change of mind.
We do not return products for a full refund if the customer has changed their mind.
